Frequently Asked Questions

What system do you use to check how often we used the SDK?

• In case you use a credit based solution of the SDK, our server checks how many images or frames have been analyzed.
• In case you pay per unit and the SDK is integrated in another product, for example a car or a robot, every device has to contact our server once for enabling the SDK.

Do you have a Linux version of the SDK?

• A version for Linux can be made on custom basis for your preferred language. Please contact us if you need a Linux version.
• As an alternative, you can use the Cloud SDK, which is platform independent.

Do you have an iOS version of the SDK?

• At this moment we do not yet have a version for iOS, please contact us if you need an iOS version.
• As an alternative, you can use the Cloud SDK, which is platform independent.

How fast do I get the analysis results wen I use the Cloud SDK?

• As an indication: usually the analysis result is available 1-2 seconds after the image or frame was received by the Cloud SDK.

Is it possible to analyze videos instead of frames?

• Yes, we also offer a Console version. This is an executable application for video and image analysis. Alternatively, we can offer a framegrabber in addition to the SDK.
